SAIMT CUSTODIARÁ BIEN MUNICIPAL DE AV LOS INCAS N° 667

Esta mañana, la Procuraduría Municipal en coordinación con el Juzgado Civil, agentes policiales y el Servicio de Administración de Inmuebles Municipales de Trujillo (SAIMT), procedieron a desalojar un bien municipal ubicado en la Av. Los incas N° 667, ocupado de manera ilegal.

El acto de desalojo estuvo a cargo del juez Johan Mitchel Quesnay Casusol, quien determino que se desocupe y restituya la posesión inmediata del bien inmueble a la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, bajo la custodia SAIMT, tal como se consignó en el acta de entrega.

Durante la intervención de procedió a desmontar los 5 ambientes que se encontraron en el interior del inmueble, los cuales venían funcionando como negocios y vivienda por terceras personas, por más de 15 años.

El desalojo se realizó de manera pacífica, dado que la comuna trujillana cumplió con el pago por el valor de las edificaciones, monto que representa 37 mil soles, tal como lo determino el juez en el año 2015, por acción de reivindicación y accesión a favor de los ocupantes precarios.

Este predio de 212 m2, con Partida Electrónica N° 03011972 será custodiado por el SAIMT, quien es el organismo encargado de administrar los bienes municipales y de establecer los mecanismos para asegurar la protección de los predios municipales.
